Practical information

ED is 24/7 ready to make your stay an unforgettable one. Our fun rooms make sure you will get totally relaxed after a day of exploring. The wifi is of course free and our Wundermart Shop is always filled with delicious snacks and drinks.

ED gets that, once you arrived, you want to head to your room ASAP. That's why our lobby has a Self Service check-in and check-out possibilty. Good to know: we only accept card payments.

Public transport

The hotel has very good accessibility via public transport. Tram 2 or 12 from Amsterdam Central Station takes you to the Leidseplein stop in 10 minutes. This stop is a couple of minutes walking from the hotel.

When you take a taxi you will arrive from Schiphol Airport to The ED in no time, and vice versa. The average rate for a taxi from Schiphol to our hotel is between €50 and €55.

You can also take the Airport Express (bus 397) from Schiphol, the costs are €6.50 and the journey takes about 45 minutes. You get off at Stadhouderskade, this is about 150 meters from the hotel.

Parking

Convenient parking options are available just around the corner from our hotel. We recommend parking at Q-Park Europarking, only a 10-minute walk away. As a guest of our hotel, enjoy a special rate from €35 per 24 hours. Your reservation can be made here. Alternatively, in cooperation with ParkBee, we offer our guests attractive rates at various nearby car parks. You can find and reserve a parking space before your stay here. Paid street parking is also available in the neighbourhood.

For guests not needing their cars, we recommend parking at a nearby P+R facility. It's €6 per day on weekends and €13 on weekdays. Find locations and details here.
