Very nice and cozy hotel

Location super, close to everything, small but very clean and beautiful decor, the stuff very friendly and helpful, definitely i will be back 😁easy self check in and very easy the transportation from and to the airport (bus 397) nice neighborhood with nice restaurants close by and very close to the the museum area

Very good hotel with very small rooms

Excellent location. Overall, cleanliness was top notch...all necessary utilities in the room were available...Breakfast menu options could be better...Rooms are too small..bathroom and toilet was clean. Towel and Napkins were very clean..

Great hotel

Very comfy bed. Great coffee machine & friendly staff. Location was good. Lots of restaurants & coffee shops nearby & tram & bus access. I would definitely stay again. Be sure to check out maps by toilet in reception as has useful information. I felt very safe here.

The ed

Beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend to all. Close to tram stop which is just one tram away from Anne frank house, icebar, and just a short walk to the canal and boats. If looking for a good breakfast definitely try the Aran Irish bar by the Holland casino

Disappointing experience

Disappointing Experience with ED Amsterdam I had high hopes for my stay at the ED Amsterdam, but unfortunately, I was unable to take my trip due to the sudden passing of my father. I had booked a non-refundable room, and while I fully understood the policy, I hoped for some flexibility given the circumstances. I requested to swap my dates to a future time and was open to paying the difference in price, as I understand rates can vary depending on the season. However, I was deeply disappointed by the hotel’s approach. The additional charge they quoted for the new dates was nearly the same as my initial payment, effectively doubling the cost. To make matters worse, I found that I could book the same dates directly through other websites for less than my original price. It felt as though the hotel was taking advantage of the situation rather than offering reasonable support or understanding. This experience left a sour taste, and I would be hesitant to book with them again in the future. Compassion and fairness go a long way in building customer trust, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel either in this case.
